I have worked as a therapist with clients ranging from adolescents to elders and have experience in a variety of community settings, including inpatient and outpatient medical care, substance abuse treatment programs, social services, and schools. In addition to my therapy experience, I previously worked as a medical social worker and case manager, and am familiar with issues of navigating chronic illness, the medical system, aging, caregiving, and serious mental illness. I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work from Smith College School for Social Work (2015), a psychodynamically focused graduate program. I hold licenses in both Illinois and California, and have been in private practice since 2023.
Originally from the East Coast, I lived in the Bay Area for eight years, Chicago for four years, and then moved to Davis, CA in 2025. I identify as a white cisgender woman (she/her) of Jewish descent. I have firsthand experience navigating a chronic illness. In addition to being a therapist, I am a parent of two young kids. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being outdoors (biking, camping, hiking), sewing quilts, and snuggling with my cats.
